Returns & Refunds
At Kukfire, we value our customers and strive to provide only the highest-quality fireworks and celebration products. Every item we supply is carefully selected, tested, and packaged to ensure it meets strict quality and safety standards before it reaches you.
We understand that sometimes situations may arise where a return or refund is necessary. The following policy outlines your rights and our procedures in accordance with Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
1. Change of Mind
Due to the nature of our products — including fireworks and pyrotechnic materials — we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind or incorrect product choice once your order has been dispatched or collected.
We encourage customers to review product details carefully before making a purchase. Our team is always available to assist you with product selection to ensure you receive exactly what you need for your event.
2. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a product that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at uppafire@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.
We may request photos, videos, or further details to verify the issue. Once confirmed, we will offer one of the following solutions:
A replacement product (if available)
A store credit for the same value
A refund to your original payment method
All claims must be submitted with proof of purchase (such as a receipt or order confirmation email).
Please note that damage resulting from misuse, mishandling, or improper storage of fireworks will not be eligible for refund or replacement.
3. Order Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch. Once your order has been processed and shipped, we are unable to cancel it due to the handling and safety regulations associated with fireworks transportation.
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us immediately at uppafire@gmail.com or call +61 468 303 647. We will do our best to assist you if the order has not yet left our warehouse.
4. Returns Procedure
If your return is approved:
1. We will provide you with a Return Authorization via email.
2. You must securely package the item in its original packaging.
3. Return shipping instructions will be provided — in most cases, the customer is responsible for shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
Returns sent without prior approval or authorization may not be accepted.
5. Refund Processing Time
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
6. Exceptions and Safety Regulations
Because fireworks are classified as hazardous materials, strict safety and transport regulations apply. For this reason, we are unable to accept returns of opened, used, or partially used fireworks under any circumstances.
We strongly recommend inspecting your order upon delivery to ensure all products are in good condition before storage or use.
